Refund policy
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If you receive an item with manufacturing defects, such as glue line separation or wood cracked/separations please contact us immediately. Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or else claim may be denied. Items need to be blanketed or covered from other surfaces during unpacking or moving. Failure to cover items can result in damage and will not be covered by Nblvd Home. If damage occurs due to improper handling on your end, contact us with details and images for evaluation. The buyer is responsible for shipping and repair costs.
Standard ordered items have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please understand that all items will have a 12% restocking fee to help offset the shipping costs paid when item was mailed to you in the case you decide to return. This amount will be deducted from your return amount. ALL sales are final on any custom sized orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE SENDING RETURN.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost. You must purchase insurance on the purchase amount of item(s) in the case of damage during shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue. Submit a damage claim within 24 hours; otherwise, it may be denied. Note that natural wood products may have blemishes, knots, or scars, reflecting their age and character, which are not defects.
If damage occurs due to improper handling on your end, contact us with details and images for evaluation. The buyer is responsible for shipping and repair costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom sized products or items with non-standard cord hole cutouts in media consoles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on out the door items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Keep in mind returned items are susceptible to a 12% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
